Preparations for Notting Hill Carnival 2010 have now begun. Held each August Bank Holiday since 1966, the Notting Hill Carnival is the largest festival celebration of its kind in Europe. Every year the streets of West London come alive, with the sounds and smells of Europes biggest street festival. Twenty miles of vibrant colourful costumes surround over 40 static sound systems, hundreds of Caribbean food stalls and over 1 million Notting Hill carnival revellers. AES have been providing hoarding services to the local businesses and residents of the Notting Hill carnival route for over 20 years. The service we provide has been specifically designed to protect shops, offices and property in busy areas along the route. Temporary hoardings are constructed by our trained engineers at the close of business on Friday or Saturday evening, then removed prior to re opening on Tuesday morning. Our focus is, as it has always been, to give added peace of mind to our clients whilst ensuring the safety and well being of visitors to Carnival throughout the busy weekend. |

CHAS and Safe Contractor accreditations fourth year
During the month of March AES completed its third straight year
as a CHAS accredited contractor. As we now enter our fourth year it is
true to say that CHAS, the contractors health and safety scheme, has revolutionised
the way we present our health and safety standards. By being on the industry
recognised CHAS database, we have been able to cut down on duplication
when approaching new clients, saving both parties valuable time and resources.
